Luck 97 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and Luck 97 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all access to and use of the luck97.im website, mobile interface, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino games, virtual sports, and promotions.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of Luck 97, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. This acceptance is required for all players regardless of the device or method used to access the platform.

Luck 97 may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, you will be notified via the email address associated with your account or through an in-platform notification. 2. Eligibility

To register and use Luck 97, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Luck 97 operates a strict minimum age policy. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be an individual person opening an account for personal, non-commercial use. Accounts opened on behalf of another person, by a legal entity, or for the purpose of commercial arbitrage are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion active on Luck 97 or any related platform. If you have self-excluded and subsequently attempt to open a new account, the account will be closed on discovery and your activity during that period may be voided.
• You must not be using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law as it applies directly to the player. It is your responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration. Providing false identity information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

Luck 97 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one Luck 97 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. On discovery of duplicate accounts, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery process or contact support.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Luck 97 username, password, and any one-time passwords associated with your account. Luck 97 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

• Do not share your Luck 97 password with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify Luck 97 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Enable any additional security features offered by the platform, such as two-factor authentication, where available.

Luck 97 accounts are for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any funds within it to another party. Attempting to do so is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Luck 97 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits are credited to your Luck 97 wallet in PKR. There is no currency conversion at any stage.

Deposit conditions:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited instantly for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). IBFT and card deposits may take up to one business hour.
• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where technically possible.
• Luck 97 does not charge deposit processing fees. Your payment provider may apply their own fees — check with them directly.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Where that is not technically possible, Luck 97 will request verification of alternative withdrawal details.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash) typically reach the player within one hour of approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed the same business day in most cases.
• Luck 97 may request identity verification before processing withdrawals. This is a regulatory requirement and applies to all players. Requested documents must be submitted within 72 hours.
• Winnings generated through bonus funds that do not meet wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until requirements are completed.

5. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Luck 97 are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules for cricket, football, and virtual sports are detailed within the relevant sections of the platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from Luck 97. Bets are accepted subject to available funds in your wallet at the time of placement.
• Minimum stake: The minimum single bet stake is Rs 100. Minimum stakes for accumulator and other combined bets may differ — check the bet slip at time of placement.
• Odds fluctuation: Odds are subject to change at any time before bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet — subsequent market movements do not affect confirmed bets.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided due to data errors, system faults, obvious pricing errors, or event cancellation. In the event of a void, your original stake is returned to your wallet. Luck 97 reserves the right to void bets where odds were clearly incorrect.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time verification. There may be a brief delay between your bet submission and acceptance during live events. Bets placed after an in-play event has concluded (such as a wicket falling) will be voided if the event had concluded at the time of placement.
• Maximum winnings: Luck 97 reserves the right to apply a maximum single-bet payout cap. This is displayed in the relevant betting markets and on the bet slip.

6. Casino Games

All casino games available on Luck 97 — including live dealer baccarat, Teen Patti variants, slots, roulette, and virtual table games — are operated by certified gaming studios and use independently audited Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing by trained human dealers on a live video stream.

Luck 97 does not operate the RNG systems directly — these are maintained by licensed gaming providers and certified by independent testing laboratories. Certification documentation is available on request from the respective game studios. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all casino games are accurate theoretical long-run averages.

• Casino game results are final once a round has been completed and settled. No retrospective changes to results are made after settlement.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the round result will be determined by the game server's record at the time of disconnection. Bets placed prior to disconnection will be settled according to the actual round outcome.
• If a technical fault disrupts a casino game in a way that prevents fair settlement, all bets in the affected round will be voided and stakes returned.
• Luck 97 reserves the right to withdraw any casino game or variant from the platform at any time. Open sessions will be settled before withdrawal takes effect.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Luck 97 offers bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms displayed on the promotion page at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all Luck 97 bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only.
• Eligible products: Not all bets contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100% of the stake toward the requirement. • Minimum odds: Sports bets must meet a minimum odds requirement (typically 1.50 or above) to count toward bonus wagering. Bets placed at lower odds will not contribute.
• Expiry: Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated period (typically 7–30 days from credit). Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

• Abuse: Luck 97 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse — including placing offsetting bets, using multiple accounts, or betting patterns designed to exploit bonus conditions rather than engage in genuine play.

8. Restricted Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Luck 97 platform. Engaging in any restricted activity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances where breach is confirmed:

• Creating more than one Luck 97 account per individual.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or during verification.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds through third-party payment methods on behalf of another player.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or technical glitches to place bets at incorrect odds. Any winnings from such bets will be voided.
• Collaborating with other players to exploit table games, particularly in a manner that disrupts fair game operation.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion or restriction applied to your account by registering a new account.
• Conducting any activity that interferes with the security or operation of the Luck 97 platform or its associated systems.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luck 97 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or events outside Luck 97's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from bets placed using incorrect odds that were the result of a technical error — such bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any nature arising from platform use.
• Losses arising from decisions made based on information displayed on the platform, including live scores, odds, or statistics, which may occasionally be subject to delay or error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Luck 97's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Luck 97 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material amendments are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. Minor amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms) may be made without specific notification.

13. Governing Terms

These Terms and Conditions are the complete agreement between you and Luck 97 regarding your use of the platform. They supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to your use of Luck 97. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document or communication, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Luck 97.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect. The failure of Luck 97 to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.
